For the first week of USERDES class, since it a design-related class, I found it difficult at first because I found out that design is not just the visual elements of things.

This week was both entertaining and difficult at the same time. We had a discussion which is very interesting since design is not just the visual element of an app but rather all elements are important. It is not just what we want our app to look like but also it should help solve problems.

Since I’ve been designing typical static webpages using HTML, CSS, and a little bit of JavaScript for a couple of years, I found the activity to be easy and I am proud of what I accomplished. It still needs a little furnishing to be an interactive one even if it is just a basic webpage.

As an organizer for the School of Computing and Information Technology (SoCIT) Fest 2019, I was excited for the event to push through without a hitch.

The first half of the User Design class was amazing and somewhat confusing at first. I thought that user design is only just focusing on the design itself, but it also focuses on the function of the website.
